Feds Turn Down Permit for Flaming Gorge Pipeline

Denver, CO–(ENEWSPF)–May 17, 2012.  Today, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) closed the door on what will hopefully be the last attempt to permit the Flaming Gorge Pipeline.
