Charleston, WV–(ENEWSPF)–March 20, 2012. Today, the Sierra Club, West Virginia Highlands Conservancy, and Ohio Valley Environmental Council have filed suit against two mining companies for discharging pollutants that have biologically impaired headwater streams in West Virginia.
