Rules strengthened to ensure public participation, improve transparency, toughen penalties and protect the environment
SPRINGFIELD–(ENEWSPF)–August 29, 2014. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) today delivered revised rules to implement the Hydraulic Fracturing Regulatory Act.
