Lawsuit Seeks Vastly Expanded Habitat Protections for East Coast’s Most Endangered Whale

BOSTON–(ENEWSPF)–April 10, 2014.  A coalition of environmental and animal protection groups has sued the federal government to protect critically endangered North Atlantic right whales. The suit seeks to significantly expand habitat protections, including all of the whale’s nursery, breeding and feeding grounds along the East Coast.
