Springfield, IL–(ENEWSPF)–November 13, 2009. On Thursday, legislation backed by State Representative Anthony DeLuca (D-Chicago Heights) was signed into law by Governor Quinn. This legislation allows the Illinois Finance Authority, which provides funding options to help foster private sector job creation, to support energy efficiency projects as Illinois looks for an economic recovery.
