AccuWeather Global Weather Center -(ENEWSPF)- AccuWeather reports a storm will spread snow from the Upper Midwest to the mid-Atlantic coast this weekend in what may be winter’s last gasp.
The storm this weekend is the second and weaker of the two storms moving through a batch of cold air.
