The natural resources, environment, and climate of New York State are all critically vital to our economy, especially in important industries such as construction, agriculture, tourism, and transportation. For that reason, Congressman Chris Gibson (NY-19) announced today an effort in which he joined with 10 other Republican colleagues to recognize this reality and the need for conservative leaders in Congress to pursue policies to better understand not only our environment and natural resources, but also changing weather patterns and the climate, and our impact on each of them.
