Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)— Officers discovered a man asleep or unconscious behind the wheel of his car one morning in late August. His car was still running, and the transmission was in gear. When they woke him and asked where he was going, he told them he was on his way to somewhere “in India” and didn’t know where he was.
